Navigator technology

Navigator has a long history of research and development. Originally a separate company in its own right (Navigator Technology Solutions) the department was merged into Navigator Customer Management several years ago to concentrate on providing enabling technology for them.

This independent background as a software house has given us the ability to deliver bespoke database design services to meet our clients' needs.

The initial and ongoing development of our own flagship CRM Software, called CMSS has given the team a deep understanding of all aspects of customer relationships. We are continuing to push forward with technology by investing in web services, groupware solutions and electronic communication channels like SMS alerts and high quality email broadcasting.
