Navigator Customer Management appoints Dover as chairman |

LONDON - Relationship marketing agency Navigator Customer Management has appointed Stephen Dover, the former chief executive officer of Complete Communications Corporation, as its chairman.
Navigator has recruited Dover to act as a "mentor and sounding board" to senior management. He will help on strategic ideas and to progress the interests of the group.
Dover has spent the last five years at Complete Communications Corporation, the holding company for Celador Productions, where he was chief executive officer.
The agency said that Dover would be joining at a time of dynamic market development within the business.
Dover said: "As a provider of integrated multi channel marketing systems, Navigator is perfectly positioned in the modern customer communications market, and I am looking forward to playing a key role in driving that success."
